Charter Revision Commission
About Us
The Charter Revision Commission (CRC) of the Town of Ridgefield was appointed by the Board of Selectmen on May 20, 2009 to reexamine the Town Charter. The first meeting of the newly formed CRC was held July 9, 2009. A Public Hearing has been scheduled for July 22 at 7:30 pm in the Town Hall Annex. The Commission will confer with the various Town government agencies and hold public meetings in order to consider possible changes to the Charter of the Town of Ridgefield. The final proposed changes will be presented to the Board of Selectmen and finally to the electors of the Town.
