Regular Meeting

1. Approval of Minutes

Motion to approve the minutes of August 8, 2006 by Mr. Zawacki, seconded by Ms. Siebert, passing unanimously.

2. Metcalf & Eddy Report
1. South Street WWTF Influent pump station is in service. Training, manuals, as-builts and final testing are nearing completion.
2. Copps Hill pump station lattice fence extension was approved for completion by the WPCA.
3. Mr. Pearson presented Estimate No.10 Invoice from Kovacs Construction Corp. $118,553 and Change Order No. 4 for $24,167.14 for payment.
4. Capacity study per Stearns and Wheeler Report anticipated review in the 2010-2012 time period.
5. Mr. Pearson stated that no further charges for engineering services would be requested at this time.

3. Aquarion Report
1. August 2006 report was discussed.
2. FOG problem at the Copps Hill pump station was discussed. Request will be made to the Health Department for a list all restaurants in the area that flow into the pump station.
