The following WPCA members were present:

Meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m.
1) Approval of Minutes
a) Motion to approve minutes from the August 12, 2003 meeting by Mr. Zawacki, seconded by Mr. Briody, passing unanimously.
2) New Business
a) Jon Pearson, Metcalf & Eddy:
1. Middle School Pump Station. Minor contractor related repairs are still outstanding at the pump station. M&E are not recommending release of full retainage this month.
2. Fox Hill Gravity Sewer. Work is progressing toward completion on schedule for a bid issuance toward year-end.
3. Copps Hill Pump Station. Design work is proceeding on schedule.
3) OMI Report
a) OMI Monthly Report discussed in detail.
b) No violations of major parameters were noted.
4) Bakes Property, Danbury Road. The WPCA noted an inquiry from Toll Brothers, indicating that they were an interested party in terms of the possible use of the Bakes property. The WPCA further noted that the number of use units assigned to the project had been the subject of previous meetings and that information concerning this issues was contained in correspondence between the WPCA and Mr. Bakes. There had been no change in the WPCA's position since the time that correspondence was exchanged with Mr. Bakes and his engineering and legal representatives.
5) Adjournment
a) Motion to adjourn at 8:15 PM by Mr. Zawacki seconded by Mr. Briody. Passed unanimously.
