Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.
1) Approval of Minutes
a) Approval of the Minutes from the September 2003 was tabled until the next meeting.
b) Motion to approve minutes from the November 18, 2003 meeting by Mr. Zawacki, seconded by Mr. Briody, passing unanimously.
2) New Business
a) Don Chelton, Metcalf & Eddy:
1. Middle School Pump Station Fuel tank heater control panel malfunction not completed. M&E are not recommending release of retainage this month.
2. Fox Hill Gravity Sewer. Response to bid has been slow due to holiday and other factors. M&E recommends pushing bid date off until January 29, 2004.
Motion to extend bid date for the Fox Hill gravity line until January 29, 2004 by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Hill, passing unanimously.3. South Street WWTF NPDES Permit Application. M&E has started work on permit.
4. South Street WWTF Influent Pump Station. Replacement of the South Street Influent Pump Station and the associated estimated cost of $375,000 was discussed and agreed to go ahead as recommended by Jon Pearson.
5. South Street Headwork's Building HVAC. Mr. Hill is presently reviewing the design documents.
6. Copps Hill Pump Station. Dates discussed to coincide with Fox Hill. Don Chelton will investigate.
3) OMI Report
a) OMI Monthly Report discussed in detail.
b) Mr. Lauria suggested 12-month graph on flows. Peaks after rainfall discussed.
4) Adjournment
a) Motion to adjourn at 7:58 by Mr. Zawacki seconded by Mr. Briody. Passed unanimously.
